Directed and adapted for screen by Debs Paterson, this short is based on the story of Holocaust survivor Janine Webber and was commissioned as part of Holocaust Memorial Day 2015 Debs is a good friend, an incredibly intelligent and insightful director and someone who I can always trust to be alongside in the creative madness that is making a film! So it was a real pleasure to work with her again and bring this incredible true story to the screen. Even more so than most shorts, this film was made with a huge amount of love and support from so many talented people as well as generous industry support to all of whom I am very grateful.
